Well I would like to visit so many countries because I`m a big fan of all kinds of food, and I want to try all the typical foods of every country. In fact my favorite program on cable is Bizarre foods, have you seen it?? the host is Andrew Simern I'm not sure about the last name, but I'd love to travel to Marruecos for example, and try the pigeon pie. I`d also like to try some hot dogs at Papayas New york, or travel to China and try their famous pekin duck, maybe try the huggies in Austria, this is a very traditional food but looks disgusting because it's kind of a pate which goes inside an animal intestines and then it`s served there.
finally I`d like to visit England but I don`t know very much about their food. I`d just like to go there for fun.

I agree with you Matt seems very happy and who wouldn't be!!! I am a little jealous becuase now it is his job to travel the world but it must be difficult to have a family or a relationship with a job like this. What do you think?
Also I like your idea of travelling the world and trying all the different food - it is something that I like to do when I travel. England has some great food too!
